1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the zk22 website accessible at https://zk22.vip and all associated gaming products, services and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zk22 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the zk22 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their zk22 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by zk22 subject to wagering requirements, which are distinct from the Real Money Balance and subject to separate conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make a withdrawal from their zk22 account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be played through on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the zk22 platform is restricted under the terms of the platform's international gaming licence or applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zk22 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the zk22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with the zk22 platform regardless of the device or network through which access is obtained. They apply equally whether you access the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other interface.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the zk22 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The zk22 platform does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access or use its services under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of zk22 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment processors.
• You must register using accurate, complete and truthful personal information. Registration using false, fictitious or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification document upon request for KYC purposes.

zk22 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the platform's satisfaction. Age verification using CNIC documentation is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

4. Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the zk22 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited at zk22's discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your username and password, including:

• Selecting a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Notifying zk22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

zk22 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials. zk22 customer support will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel.

Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zk22 does not charge account maintenance fees. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity notice, following which the account may be closed if no response is received.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zk22 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank. zk22 reserves the right to add, modify or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Deposits are non-refundable once funds have been credited to your account and wagering has commenced on any portion of the deposited amount.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Real Money Balance in your account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as stated in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• zk22 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

Processing times for withdrawals are typically within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to five business days. zk22 will notify affected Players of any material delay.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zk22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the following general provisions which apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.
• zk22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where fraud, system error, misuse or abuse is detected or suspected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game title and expire within the time period specified in the offer terms.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the zk22 platform — including casino table games, live dealer games, slot titles and the cricket sportsbook — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface, supplemented by the following platform-wide provisions:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, subject to regular independent testing and audit. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game will resume from its last confirmed server-side state upon reconnection. Any wager already committed at the point of disconnection stands.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a software malfunction, incorrect odds display or erroneous payout calculation — zk22 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Cricket sportsbook wagers are governed by the sportsbook-specific rules available on the platform's Cricket section. In-play bets are accepted subject to live price availability; once a bet is matched and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game or market are displayed within the respective game interface or betting slip and are subject to change at zk22's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk22 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false, stolen or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or promotional event.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities or errors to obtain credits, winnings or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the platform's payment systems.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or similar technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour directed at zk22 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content from the zk22 platform without prior written consent.

9. Responsible Gaming

zk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure automatic notifications that display your net session result at regular intervals of your choosing.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum net loss permissible within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent closure of your account. Self-exclusions take effect within one hour of the request being received and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zk22 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphical interfaces, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, promotional materials and the overall design and architecture of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of zk22 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zk22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights in relation to the platform's intellectual property are granted to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the zk22 platform without prior written authorisation from zk22.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk22 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the zk22 platform, including losses arising from technical faults, network interruptions or scheduled maintenance.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose titles are integrated into the zk22 platform under licence.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude zk22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The zk22 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zk22 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted service availability, no warranty of continuous or error-free operation is given or implied.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

zk22 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and zk22 and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the zk22 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification and the course of your use of the platform is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. zk22 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zk22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, zk22 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the zk22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting zk22 support prior to the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the zk22 international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact zk22 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to zk22 via email. A formal response will be issued within fifteen (15) business days.
• Step 3 — Licence Authority: If the matter remains unresolved following Step 2, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under the terms of zk22's international gaming licence.

You agree that any claim or dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim is permanently barred.
